Self-described as the World's Most Humongous Teddy Bear Store, Boyd's Bear Country is the flagship store for the Boyd's Collection line of stuffed animals. Within its large, red barn, families can enjoy live entertainment, view museum exhibits about the company and founder Gary Lowenthal, enjoy home-cooked food at the country-style restaurant, and of course, shop from a huge assortment of soft, squishy teddy bears. Boyd's Bear Country lies a few miles to the south of downtown, near Mountain View Golf Course.
