Marked by a verdant, green landscape dotted by deep blue lakes and ponds, south Pennsylvania has a great natural advantage when it comes to golf, and The Links at Gettysburg show just how amazing a game in this area can be. Eighteen holes provide a variety of challenges, culminating in the signature hole, number 3: a strong shot over a creek from the elevated tee is necessary to score well on this par 3. Shortly after, be prepared to make strong distance shots on hole number 7, where two lakes and a doglegging fairway make this 600-yard hole a true challenge. The course sits about eight miles south of Gettysburg, closer to the Maryland state border than the town.
